No. All listed prices exclude VAT. Our quotes clearly show the base amount, VAT and total investment or subscription cost.
Why do some solutions not have a fixed published price?
For custom software, digital displays and managed IT support, pricing depends on scope, equipment, integrations and support needs. A fixed price without those details would be misleading, so we prepare a concrete quote after a short introductory conversation.
Is the introductory conversation chargeable?
No. A short introductory conversation and basic guidance are free. If the project requires a more extensive workshop, technical analysis or documentation, we inform you of the work and cost in advance.
Can the final price differ from the listed starting price?
Yes. “From” indicates the usual minimum investment for a clearly defined basic scope. We always confirm the final price in a written quote before starting work.
How is a larger project paid for?
Payment is usually split across agreed project phases. The schedule, deadlines and all included items are specified in the quote or contract.
