What is business email on your own domain?
It is an email address that uses your company's domain instead of a free provider's domain, for example anna@my-company.com. The mailbox works like ordinary email, but the address is professional and controlled by your business.
Do I need a website for business email?
No. You only need a registered domain. You can add a website on the same domain later; business mailboxes can work beforehand and independently of it.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. A domain transfer is usually unnecessary. We configure the appropriate DNS records with your current provider, or take over domain management at your request.
Can you move messages from Gmail or my old provider?
In most cases, yes. Before migrating, we check access, data volume and mailbox structure. The scope and cost depend on the number of mailboxes and archive size.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
These DNS records let recipients check whether a message was sent on behalf of your domain. Correct settings reduce the risk of domain abuse and help legitimate messages reach their destination.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail or my phone?
Yes. The mailboxes support standard secure protocols for email applications. Browser-based webmail is also available.
Is the domain included in the monthly price?
No. Domain registration or renewal is charged separately according to the domain extension. If you already have a domain, you do not need another one.
