How quickly is the domain active?
We process orders within one business day. Once payment is received we register the domain, usually the same day. DNS changes spread across the internet within a few hours.
What do I need to register a domain?
Your name or company name, address, email and, for companies, a VAT or tax number. Some extensions require extra details. If so, we will contact you.
Do I own the domain?
Yes. We register the domain with you or your company as the holder. If you ever move to another provider, we send you the transfer code.
Can I transfer my domain to you?
Yes. We need the transfer code (EPP/AUTH code) from your current provider. Before the transfer we copy your existing DNS records so your website and email keep working.
How much does a domain cost?
The price depends on the extension and registration period. After receiving your order we send you a pro forma invoice within one business day.
Can you manage DNS for a domain registered elsewhere?
Yes. The domain can stay with your current registrar, and we set up the DNS records for your website, email or service verification such as Google and Microsoft.
